As part of the SCUDI project, CILD has produced the Report "Sea Rescue Legal Knowledge Sharing Network", the result of the work of the European Network established within the project, consisting of 10 organizations from Spain, Italy, Malta, Greece, and Germany, all involved in sea rescue operations and in the protection of the rights of migrant people.
The Report provides an overview of the main international cases of significance in sea rescue, strategic cases, open issues, future challenges, and best practices.
