The document is designed to facilitate and enable the replicability of the project and the results achieved, including in different geographical contexts. The goal is not to provide a theoretical manual, but to offer methodological and operational tools to design, evaluate, and implement strategic litigation actions in an informed, coordinated, and sustainable manner, strengthening organizational capacities and collaboration among human rights defenders, and supporting the protection of migrants' rights at the national and European levels.
