Once the appointment is made, it will be necessary to go to the Local Criminal Record Office of the Prosecutor's Office to collect the certificate.
Note: Some offices (e.g. the one at the Prosecutor's Office of Rome) allow entry only by appointment, so it is recommended to check the specific office's access and collection procedures online.
